Mathematical Audit

Gifted vs Direct Sub Revenue Formula

Direct recurring subs earn at your Plus Program split level, while gifted subs always pay out at 50/50 regardless of your Plus Points status.

Direct Sub Net = (Tier 1 × $4.99 + Tier 2 × $9.99 + Tier 3 × $24.99) × Split %
Gifted Sub Net = (Tier 1 × $4.99 + Tier 2 × $9.99 + Tier 3 × $24.99) × 50%
Total Monthly Net = Direct Sub Net + Gifted Sub Net
Platform Commission = Total Gross − Total Net

Gifted and Prime subs do NOT count toward Plus Points. Only recurring paid subscriptions contribute to the Plus Points ladder (Tier 1 = 1 pt, Tier 2 = 2 pts, Tier 3 = 6 pts).
