Newsletter Sponsored Link CTR Audit & Performance Scorer

Audit your newsletter's sponsored link click-through rate performance. Score your CTR against industry benchmarks and estimate the effective value you're delivering to sponsors.

Mathematical Audit

Newsletter CTR Audit Formula

Calculates click-through rate, click-to-open rate, effective CPC value delivered to sponsors, and a benchmark score.

CTR = (Total Clicks / Total Delivered) × 100
CTOR (Click-to-Open Rate) = (Total Clicks / Total Opens) × 100
Effective CPC = Sponsor Rate / Total Clicks
Clicks Delivered = Subscribers × Open Rate % × CTR %
Benchmark Score = CTR performance tier (Bad / Okay / Good / Great / Excellent)

CTR tiers: <1% = Very Bad, 1–2% = Bad, 2–3% = Okay, 3–4% = Good, 5–6% = Great, 7–10% = Excellent, 10%+ = World Class.
